This existing deck was in pretty rough condition when we arrived. The homeowners wanted something that would provide shade, as well as maintain an area for grilling. We removed the old deck, framed up a new porch, and finished off the inside with tongue-in-groove spruce. These customers are set up for longterm enjoyment of their outdoor space, and ready to add screens later if they choose to do so.
